Lucien Fontanarosa was born in 1912, he attended the Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts (fine arts french national school) from an early age, eager to learn how to paint. As his formative style begins to stake shape, Fontanarosa became highly regarded throughout his entire career by French artists and the French State alike.
